How to post your cards to us

Only use this once we have emailed you to accept your list. Have your PB- quote number from that email to hand, and please post your cards within 3 working days of our email. It takes about 3 minutes.

What you need: your quote number (it starts with PB-), your cards packed and sealed, and a phone or computer. You don't need a printer. The post office can print the label for you.

Before you start: pack your cards

  • Put every card in a penny sleeve. Put cards worth over €10 in a top loader as well.
  • No top loaders? Sandwich the sleeved cards between two pieces of stiff cardboard and tape the cardboard together (never the cards).
  • Keep the cards in the same order as your list if you can. It makes checking faster.
  • Add a note inside with your name and quote number (or print the quote summary from our website).
  • Use a padded envelope or small box, and fill any gaps so nothing moves. Please don't use rubber bands or put tape on the cards.
  • Write your quote number on the outside of the parcel too.
  • Your cards are your responsibility until they reach us, so please pack them well.

Step 1: Open the An Post returns page and find us

Go to anpost.com/returns. In the retailer box, type Eco and choose Eco Fulfillment. That is our warehouse.

Step 2: Add a reason and your quote number

For Reason for return, pick Other. In Order Number, type your PB- quote number exactly as it appears in our email (for example PB-1018-ABCDE). This is how we match your parcel to your list. Then click Continue as a guest, or log in if you have an An Post account.

Step 3: Choose drop-off or collection

Choose Drop off at an An Post location to hand it in at any post office, or Book a collection to have it picked up from your home. Check that the box on the right says Your return to Eco Fulfillment, then click Checkout now. An Post shows the price here.

Step 4: Enter your details

Fill in your name, email address and mobile number. These go on the label as the sender, so use the same name and email you gave us.

Step 5: Add your address and pay

Start typing your address or Eircode and pick it from the list. Tick the box to accept An Post's terms, click Proceed to payment and pay the An Post fee.

Step 6: Hand it in or wait for collection

An Post emails you a confirmation with a QR code.

  • Drop-off: bring your sealed parcel and the QR code (on your phone is fine) to any post office. They print the label and stick it on for you.
  • Collection: leave the parcel ready on the day you chose. The postperson brings the label.

Reply to our email with your An Post tracking number so we can follow your parcel. Keep your An Post receipt and tracking number until we've paid you.

You can send your cards by tracked post from any post office instead (it costs more) to:

Write your quote number on the outside of the parcel, and reply to our email with your tracking number.

What happens next

When your parcel reaches our warehouse, we check your cards (usually within 3 working days) and email you the final offer. Once you accept, we pay you in store credit or in cash by PayPal or bank transfer, usually within 3 working days.
