We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent returns process that complies with all relevant Irish and EU consumer protection laws.
1. Right to Cancel & Return (EU Consumer Law)
You have the right to cancel your order and return most items within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be returned within 14 days of approval
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in used or damaged condition.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@pokebundles.ie with your:

Reason for return

Photos (if applicable)
Do not return any items without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If we made a mistake (wrong item sent, item damaged on arrival), we will cover return shipping.

If you're returning due to change of mind or personal preference, you are responsible for return postage.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Refunds may be subject to a processing fee of up to 3.5% to cover transaction costs

You may choose store credit instead of a refund to avoid this fee
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. A small processing fee (up to 3.5%) may apply.
If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned in line with our standard return policy.
6. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch. If a product becomes unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit. Prices for pre-orders are based on supplier estimates and may change. If so, we’ll contact you with the option to pay the difference or cancel.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on:

Opened sealed products

Single trading cards (singles)
- Loose booster packs

Mystery bags or packs

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items
8. Shipping Delays or Lost Parcels
If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window:

Contact us so we can investigate with the courier

Most investigations take up to 15–30 business days
9. Packaging & Condition
All sealed products are sold as received from the manufacturer. Minor imperfections to packaging (e.g. small dents, shrink-wrap flaws) are common and do not qualify for returns.
