Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at pokebundlesireland@gmail.com, and provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you may return the item once you receive it. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
Please note that some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, we will make this clear in the product description.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will provide a full refund to the original payment method.

Refund PolicyYou have 7 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 7-day return policy.
Your item must be unused, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. All cards must be accounted for, and need to match our send list we complete when we finish our order for you.
You can get in touch with us at pokebundlesireland@gmail.com to begin a return. In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Issues and damagesPlease check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
ExchangesReturning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.
RefundsOnce we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.

In the event of a lost or delayed order, we will take immediate action to remedy the situation. Our remedies may include refunding the customer for any costs incurred as a result of the lost or delayed order, replacing the product at no cost to the customer, or offering a discount or other compensation to the customer for the inconvenience caused.

- Customers must report lost or delayed orders to us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
