Trade Terms

These terms apply to every trade (B2B) account with Pokebundles Ireland ("we", "us") and to every order placed on a trade account. By applying for or using a trade account, the business applying ("you") agrees to them. These terms are for business customers only and sit alongside our standard website terms of service; where the two differ, these terms apply to trade orders.

1. Who can apply

Trade accounts are open to retailers trading in Ireland, including card and game shops, bookshops, supermarkets, convenience stores and petrol stations. To be eligible you must:

  • be a business registered with the Companies Registration Office (CRO), either as a company or under a registered business name;
  • hold a valid Irish VAT number;
  • operate a genuine retail business, with a physical shop or an established online store.

We do not supply specialist sweet, vape or tobacco shops. Sole traders without a CRO number may contact us by email and we will consider them individually.

2. Applications and approval

We review every application and aim to reply within 5 working days. Approval is entirely at our discretion, and we may refuse an application without giving a reason.

We may check the details you provide, including your CRO and VAT registration, your premises, website and social media, and who owns or runs the business. We may ask for further information before deciding. You must tell us promptly if any of your details change, including your ownership, the products you mainly sell, or your VAT or CRO status.

3. Pricing, minimum orders and allocation

Trade prices are available only to approved accounts and are confidential. Prices are shown excluding VAT, and VAT is added at the applicable rate. We may change trade prices at any time; the price confirmed when we accept your order is the price you pay.

The minimum order value is €250 excluding VAT. For high-demand or limited releases, we may limit the quantity each account can order, allocate stock between accounts, or reduce or cancel part of an order if supply falls short. Where we reduce or cancel an order, we refund any amount paid for the items not supplied.

4. Orders and payment

All trade orders must be paid in full at checkout when the order is placed. We do not offer credit or payment terms. An order is accepted only once payment has been received and we confirm it by email or dispatch the goods.

If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, we may cancel the order, hold further orders and suspend your account. Ownership of the goods stays with us until we receive payment in full.

5. Delivery and risk

We ship all trade orders via DPD to the business address on your account. We deliver to addresses in Ireland only. Delivery is free on all trade orders. Delivery dates are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, manufacturers, distributors or events outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You must check deliveries on arrival and note any visible damage to the outer packaging with the courier.

6. Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

You must report any damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing pokebundlesireland@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or video. Sealed products must be reported unopened where the problem is visible from outside, such as damaged shrink-wrap or packaging.

If we confirm the problem, we will, at our choice, replace the item, issue a credit or refund the price paid for it. Consumer cooling-off and change-of-mind return rights do not apply to trade orders, and we do not accept returns of goods that are not faulty unless we agree in writing.

7. Product authenticity and supply chain

We source our stock through established distribution channels and take care to supply only genuine, sealed product. However, trading card products pass through manufacturers, distributors and couriers before they reach us, and problems can occasionally arise that we cannot detect before sale. These include factory defects, damaged or resealed packaging, missing or mis-collated contents, and, rarely, counterfeit or tampered items.

If you find a problem of this kind, report it to us as set out in section 6, with photos or video and, where possible, the unopened or partly opened product. Where we confirm the problem, we will put it right by replacing the item, issuing a credit or refunding its price, at our choice. This is your sole remedy for such problems, and our liability is limited as set out in section 8. We may ask you to return the item so we can raise it with our supplier.

You must not knowingly sell any item you suspect is counterfeit or tampered with, and must report it to us instead.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, sales, business, goodwill or reputation, or any claim made against you by your own customers, arising from goods we supply. This applies however the loss arises, including from a damaged, faulty, tampered or counterfeit item.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Irish law.

9. Resale of trade stock

Trade stock is supplied for resale to end customers through your own business. You must not resell or pass trade stock to other wholesalers, or to the shop types we do not supply under section 1. You are free to set your own retail prices.

10. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close a trade account at any time and for any reason, including late payment, a breach of these terms, information that turns out to be inaccurate, or a change in the nature of your business. We will tell you by email. Orders already accepted will be fulfilled or refunded at our choice, and any amounts you owe become due immediately. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

11. Data protection

We use the details you give us to assess your application, run your account and process orders, in line with our privacy policy and the GDPR. We keep application details for 2 years after an account closes or an application is refused.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will email account holders about significant changes, and the version on our website applies to orders placed after the change.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
